Referral Payout 

We pay a flat rate based on the what we think the annual rents will be. The comps will depend on the unit itself and it’s rentability. If it's close, we will round up and pay you the higher amount!

Estimated Annual Rental Amounts / referral fee amount:​

• $20,000-$29,999 = $200 

• $30,000-$39,999 = $300

• $40,000-$49,999 = $400

• $50,000-$59,999 = $500

• $60k + = $600

Realtors - I know what you're thinking......"I don't want to refer them to you, you're going to steal my clients." This is simply not true. We will ALWAYS refer the client back to you if and when we know they are wanting to sell or purchase another unit.

 

I'm a Realtor myself and hold myself to higher standards. We will make sure to put you down in our system as the referring agent and will keep you well informed if we hear anything come up. We would never want to do something that would sabotage our relationship with you or your clients.

We recommend at a minimum that you check in with your clients every 4-6 months just to see how things are going that way when the time comes, they still know that you exist.
